Yes, observership is USCE, but not exactly hands on USCE which is the preferred USCE.

not every program considers observership as usce(gotta check either web site or call) and yes, wear a business suite-look as professional as you can.

i was asking for this as i was planning to subscribe in any of one site which helps in preparing my program list
but they were asking like do u have any usce..but i have only 2wks of observership so i was wondering what to mention...yes or no
