what do u use to concentrate?

i have tried coffee to stay up late, but it gets me very irritable and anxious. what do you all do, to overcome drowsiness and lazyness

or even to wake up early what do you do


lately i have been studying this way. i think if i divide one day into 2 halves of 12 hours, then in 12 hours i should do 6 hours worth of studying.
so i take the first 12 hours, 12 am-6 am- study. then 6 am-12 pm i sleep. then i have had already 6 hours under my belt of studying andi just woke up!

then i either do another 6 hours straight.. or what i do is, do 4 hours between 1 pm-8 pm. howeveri wish.
and then i make sure to do 2 hours from 10pm-12 pm.

its been working for me lately, because i have alot of time to exercise and keep somewhat of a social life still with my family atleast. i normally m really slow, so i stil do about 15 hours or so.

trust me when i first heard of this, i thought it was insane. but it is very easy to do.
all you really need is 6-8 hours of sleep daily. 2 hours just eating slowly and with friends and waht not, and 2 hours of activity



just a thought if anyone els thinks it might help them., it helps me because i can not wake up early to study, nor can i sleep early.
