how much your undergraduate scores at your country affect later on in matching , and if one have not so good scores but he have high score in usmle and good recommendation letter he can get what he want?

They don´t have weight..., usmle scores are the most important..., try to get good lors from us mds..., depends what is it that you want?...

I doubt if the selection commitee even looks at the med school scores for IMGs.
