i was looking websites of pensylvania programs ,some say u must of state liscence to practice.what does it mean?
someone plz let me know.

You need a license before u start ur residency.Don't worry much on it.Hospitals will forward all the forms to the state licensing authorities, only headache is state board will again verify ur credentials from ur college,that may take some time.
