Hi everyone

I took all my steps in my med school as a student, as a result, I never had to encounter form 186 (instead I filled form 183), but now I've graduated and am sending my med diploma for verification to ECFMG, when I looked at the IWA document submission form no 187, it says send form 186 "if applicable", so am a bit confused, I don't think I can get form 186 as it is available only when u apply for a step, so does it mean that I don't need to send form 186 ?
