i was wondering is it okay to do step 2 cs w/o doing the ck...I plan on doin ck right after cs... will I mess things up for myself? will studying ck help me w/ the cs? what's the "normal," average, or longest time anyone takes to prepare for cs? i'm sorry for such simple questions but I don't have anyone else to ask!!!

i had just taken step1 when i scheduled for CS...so i didnt even start step2 study when i did my CS.....i studied for 2 wks with a partner ....i have very good english and no problem in comunicating...on exam day i was excellent with patients and very poor with my notes.....i was scared about that but thank God i passed.....i suggest do the FA minicases three times(alongwith long cases) and practice with a partner...... i had minimised the neuro exam so i was ACE with time management aswell....... good luck

Hi Propranalol, I did step 1 then cs.I was too confused when i started studying for cs but you can do it start with FA then UW .read out experiences in exam ,It really helped me .Because so many things happen to so many and their experiences help us not topanic during exam. Practice as much as u can .U can do it.
