Can u pls give me indications of when to use Atropine and when it is not used or what is done in Case of Bradycardia..

Bradyarrythmia: No ttt exept if asymptomatic---> 1. Bradycardia, 1st DHB, 2nd DHB type 1, RBBB if asympt, 1st search for cause, if not--->atropine, persists--->pacing (rare) TTT once found: LBBB, 2nd DHB type II ----> Atopine & pacing 3rd DHB (atropine here is not usefull as a result of the wide QRS & bizzare arrangment) so give salmeterol or epinephrine in case of slow vent rate, but the ttt is pacing at once.. hope that helps

No ttt exept if asymptomatic---> cirus you said tto if is syntomatic or not? because I think syntomatic all DHF tto ,and asyntomatic only 2 DHF type 2 and 3
