I Passed, I studied 12 days, from scratch, my English is regular, not to bad but I have a strong accent. I did first aid only. My advice is get a Full time partner. get a gown, a penligth, tounge depressors and swabs so you can simulate and measure time more acurate. Study the minicases over and over again, do all the cases in first aid several times. practice PE separately by systems. For exaple: do complete neuro exam, time it, se what was wrong, do it again, and then again, try to be more efficent each time till you master it, then change roles with your partner. For the cases, do 1, 2, 3 back to back with patient note, while you do your PN your partner prepares the next one. then change and your partner should do 2, 3 and 4. grade your notes. next time you do 3 4 5 and so fort. Thats what we did and it was good enogh when we finish the cases we had done each case at least twice as a doc and once as a patient. you can do it in 2 weeks but you need to do around 10 hours a day, read minicases on your way home, review chalenging quiestions on the bathroom etc, (got my point). Ok hope this helped, I'm so happy, I took it in chicago on may 22 and got my result in august 16! ! BTW it was a PDF with the report, (not paper) Good luck every body.
