try to stay put at own house , journal to try to make sure I will not surf at here whole day long
For golj , if want ... listen Day one, injury, inflamation 1st 4 Lect , day 1 or all 7 lect day 1. Good to listen though since will give u summary, integration with Q.. Anser right away with reason , why , by him .
Anyway , just calm, be confident to D day, then do the best , we'll all pray for u .
