So u think that Counseling is more important than ( lets say )complete physical exam or detailed history ?
for example , would it work if we wrote four differential diagnoses only and asked questions regarding them in HPI ( 2 or 1 q for each ) ,so that we would have time for counseling ...
whats ur advice guys ?
