HI friends...well my story so far is not a very fulfilling one but i have no other option...so here it goes:
I got 86 in Step1 and then I took CK in Jan 07, failed.. was really demoralized and got depressed. then i decided to take CS before retaking Ck and took it in JUne. got the results yesterday and failed unfortunately...again
I am depressed but I wanna beat this thing and wanna clear it all.. Now i plan to take CK again. My slot for it ends OCtober 31st. and Im just starting again. Wht should I do? I got 21/2 months to go..
is it doable?
wht bout the Audio Visual? what is it?
I wanna take online MCQs this time... wht shud i take Kaplan Step2 Qbank? NBME? I have UW in paper form and I plan to do tht. wht are the sites for the above mentioned two exams?
I wanna score really high.. I mean best category. is it possible?
am i naive asking all of it? I dunno..but I just spoke my heart. I know I have the Almighty and my parents and family but I need ur advice to turn things around....with ur help guys.!!!!!
I know too many questions but Im sure everyone is imp.
one more thing.... Do I still got a chance for 2009 match ( i always used to write 2008 ... time changes)

1st thing to do is sit with urself & be honest, u know ur weak areas, so i would suggest to start with them. Don't just memorise them , actually understand them thouroughly.
I wouldn't suggest paper form UW, go for the online one, it has many benefits as u can always solve ur wrong qs, again, mark qs that u don't understand, or got lucky in & repeat them if neceessary, Kaplan qbank is ok too but UW is much superior so if u can get Kaplan Q bank download (its everywhere) u can do this beside UW.
Don't let it take u down, its just a test, it doesn say if ur a better doctor or not, so target urself not just to pass, always look for the best & do ur best to get it, failure is a part of life that we have to accept, yet we have to stand up on our feet again & fight for what we want, not just what we believe is ours. on the day of the exam, my best advice is to keep ur nerve, be sure ull do great, however the exam gets tough, well for myself i plan to just say (well i know that guy behind the computer is trying to beet me, gotta try harder buddy, COZ ILL EVENTUALLY WIN)
