Your blood cells break then your hemoglobin breaks in hem and in globin. hem is transform in biliverdin then its transform into indirect( unconjugated) billirubin.
So it comes from destruction of RBC and from absorption from the intestine. ___________________ As a general rule, the better it felt when you said it, the more trouble it's going to get you into.
