28 yo man is evaluated in ER with chest pain, tachy, diaphoresis, and agitation. He admits to snorting cocaine at a party for the past 2 hours. On PE, his temp is 100F, PR 166, RR 20, BP 170/120. His optic fundi are nl; lungs are clear, there are no cardiac murmurs. A 12-lead EKG shows sinus tachycardia. Which one of the following treatments is indicated in this patient?
a. Diazepam
b. Adenosine
c. Nifedipine
d. Propranolol
e. Diltiazem
