I want to Thank GOD .
This Forum was really helpful.So many friends helped me all my silly questions .
Guys I wasn't sure I'll pass,really i made some big mistakes .
I'll write in detail later right now I am euphoric.....
If any one has any q I'll be happy to answer.

Good morning every one.
Hey guys I really want to thank all my forum friends For helping me with all my silly queries.Especialy farayam and suv.
Here it goes My center Atlanta . June.
Stayed in a hotel previous night and arrived at the center 7-45am.All most everyone was there I was the last 3 ppl they were expectin
All about he locker and stuff ;They have a common room with sheves and u r allotted a perticular cube keep all u'r stuff except the Id.I carried my wallet 'cause i onlyhad $ 20 and two credit cards.Proctors are so helpful I didn't have any problems ,they were really nice.
Then the orientation part with video presentation.And the drill starts.
My first case was un cooperative CNS case , sp was a good actor ,The min I saw the case out side the door I started sweating, my heart was in my mouth.Knocked entered Before I tried to calm myself but coudn't...I fumbled some words then he asked me what ?????With rolling his eyes like i don't know any english, how can she be a doc?? Kinda look. I thought my day is done .He was so reluctant to give hx,any thing I asked nope or lady r u done with u'r q's kinda look.I prayed so hard suddenly I REMEMBERED MYDEAR FRIENDS ADVICE SP's ARE VERY GOOD ACTORS THEY ARE JUST ACTING AND KEEP U"R COOL AND U ACT AS WELL. But seriously I never thought I'll come out of that room.I made tons of mistakes I couldn't speak clearly ,I asked same things over and over NEVER DO THAT,they really get annoyed.And I couldn't finish the case ,so no conclusion and with all the mumbo jumbo I couldn't get to diagnosis.That was that. I thought again thanks to all the friends post so many had similar exp,I went on to 2nd case that was easy i gathered my self and behaved like a doc . Before I started enjoying the caes there was a bomb one more case i guess I was a lil too overconfident, I made mistakes in conclusions I didn't tell the most imp diagnostic procedure  The min I was out I wanted to go back in and shout that but guys once u'r out that's it I couldn't concentrate well so I made mistakes in PN Then the drama continued Aftre 4th u r tuned just go with the flow.
My mistakes were,
Forgot to write inv ekg in cvs case
Forgot to mention it to the pt in one case
In tele case I wasn't clear enouh and forgot there are cameras in the room and I made face
I for got mention int exam in GYn case
I made mistakes in PE in some Resp exams .
I forgot to tell the sp my hands are cold .Sp reacted really bad I said I'm sorry so many times but he didn't show expression that he was pleased with my apology .I guess My hands were really freezing and he really jumped from the bed:eek oor guy.
My patient notes were not great ! I forgot lot of imp investigations I remebered during the break some after giving the paper to proctor.
BOTTOM LINE WHAT I THINK MADE ME PASS THE EXAM
(All the must do lists)
KNOCK ON THE DOOR
GREET WITH THEIR LAST NAME shake hands AND KEEP CALLING MR SO AND SO THROUGH OUT THE CONVERSATIONS
Wash hands ,drape properly
KIND WORDS
Helping pt to get on off the table with foot rest .
And continous talking like I'll be doing this ,that .
while washing hands I turned to sp and talked abt their life family smile appropreately
Gave credits to their effort like if they r exercising or eating healthy etc..
Did mention the Dx (probable) atleast 3 in every case and when iwasn't surelets see what results say mentioned work out(Lab of course)
Gave assurance
Counselling VERY VERY IMP I did pretty good on that one in all cases , except the first case!
Said Bye Shook hands again.
That's it folks.
