could any1 pls suggest which is better kaplan medicine notes or step up to medicine?

well kaplan lectures are alwyas the number one in all usmle steps.

step up,is good , kaplan is good 2, you can go with harisson if you like the best

do u find additional info from step up medicinebook ..which aint in kaplan notes.

yes, 'Step-Up to Medicine' does contain additional info which isn't presented in 'Kaplan LN: IM'.
for example, 'Kaplan LN: IM' doesn't have even a word (!) about brain tumors - Neurology is the worst subject in 'Kaplan LN: IM'.
