AAA------>u/s for diagnosis/size or to follow
CT----->the precise anatomy

tx..5.5cm--->elective repair
grown 0.5cm in 6 monts--->elective repair
smaller----->referir a specialist
4.5-5.5cm---->follow u/s c/6 monts
,4 cm---->u/s annual
tx drug is....>b-blocker to control hypertension
cease to smoking

my Qs is which one do first u/s or CT

Accord too present :

if hypotensive + pulasatile mass---> Exploratory laparotomy is the ans, no need for further investig

If only pulsatile mass--->U/S is best 1st

for thorax A--> 1st CT, best TO Echo
