Tonofilaments are filamentous structures and are part of the cytoskeleton of cells. These filaments are abudantly present in keratinocytes and are found at desmosomal junction.
WEIBEL PALADE BODIES: :arrow: ANGIOSARCOMA . WPB are seen in the endothelial cells of angiosarcoma, contain adhesion molecules.
NEUROSECRETORY GRANULES: :arrow: CARCINOID TUMOR , also seen in neuroblastoma and small cell ca of the lung.
HISTIOCYTOSIS: :arrow: BIRBECK GRANULES also everybody has done this right smiling face
