92/89/pass 84 1st attempts. us phd, 2002 grad. no ucse, 3 us lors but not from US doctors, need h-1, want IM. I do not care about the program. How likely am I going to match? Thanks a lot

Due to my current full PhD status, I cannot do an observership. I am worried how lack of USCE will affect my success rate. Guys please help!

Forget about your chances of matching - nobody can quarantee your chances.
Work on your interview skills! Formulate how to use your PhD status to counter any questions about not having USCE. Good luck!
