1. I have 4 LOR's in a sealed envelope and I did not give the LOR cover sheet to my professors. How should I send it? Can I send it without the cover sheet?

2. Regarding the PHOTO--Is there any specific requirements? I searched through the website but I was not able to figure out. Is it ok if I take a passport size photograph?

1. you can send the cover sheet along with the sealed envelop together in another envelop.

2. well you didnt look in the right places. The ECFMG ERAS site has the requirements or the photograph to be scanned, also the ERAS section had the requirements for the photographs to be sent.

Thankyou zygone! Should I have to keep cover letter for each envelope? Since I have 4 letters I am not sure whetehr I should have 4 different cover letters for each envelope writing the profesor's name in each of them?

Make the LOR request forms, staple them to your envelopes, make sure you sign the envelopes with the last names of your writers, and send everything to ECFMG in one big envelope, do not send them separately...
