Ok so here are some of my questions, just simple doubts but if you guys have the time please do take time to tell me. Thanks. USMLE scenario: Diabetic patient with wet gangrene develops infection with tetanus. I can make the diagnosis based on symptoms but is there a corelation between diabetics and tetanus infection? Mechanism of hemolytic anaemia in chronic Lymes disease. Hypercortisolism causing osteoporosis? How does one differentiate osteopetrosis from Paget's disease as they are both due to increased bone turnover. Thanks.
