Hi I would say your chance is not good. You will end up burning thousands of dollar (for those applications) without getting any interview and without getting matched. You only have ONE score right now, which is not so great too. Just think from PDs' perspective: 1. why they should invite you (who don't have a complete scores and who don't have a great score either) when they have hundreds applications with complete scores as well as better scores. 2. They only have limited interview slots, and therefore they want to fill them with good candidates. 3. Who can guarantee that you will pass those two remaining exams and be certified on time for the match and many other questions. LOR could probably help, if you get those from well known physicians in the US. I'm not sure your PS will help, except if you have already done your residency back home. Your friends could try to persuade PDs to look at your application. But I don't know how influential your friends toward PDs decisions. Especially if they have better and more complete candidates than you. Sorry, but I would say, it's better for you to save your money for the next match, instead of burning them now. In the next year you will be a better applicants. Btw...there are a lot of people with complete applications who didn't get any interview last year. SO, think about it. I don't want discourage you, you can always try. Good luck.

I agree with minang, although it is absolutely your decision whether you should apply this year or not. If you decide to wait until next year you may try to improve your chances by getting some USCE, try to get a better score in step 2ck. By next year you will be hopefully certified and get some USCE- this will really boost your application.
