what is the diferent D/E because I know CGD id defect in phagocytosis of neutrophilos owing to lack NADPH oxidase activity

D as NBT abnormal and the organism is seen with in the segmented neutrophil so defect is in intracellular killing i.e oxygen dependent killing (oxidative metabolism)
