Pt 18 yrs old with 1ry ammenorrhea, Clitoromegaly, & had ambigous genetalia at birth..

Hormonal profile shows increased FSH,LH..

Diagnosis--->Aromatase enz deficincy

So take care to differentiate it from CAH

This pt will have ambigous genetalia d t high levels of testesterone at birth not converted to Estrogen, She will have high GnRH levels, no estrogen & osteoperosis

But her electrolytes & BP will be normal,not like CAH
