A) Spleen
B) Lymph node
C) Thymus
D) Appendix

May be they meant the periarteriolar lymphoid sheath (PALS)!
In that case I go with A.

I think it's the spleen. The splenic arterioles are embedded within lymphoid tissue (white pulp).
