hi friends.
have a big confusion.
took NBME form 1 today and scored 580.
have 1 week to go before the exam. should i take form 2 at the earliest and then give the books a final look or first read and then take form 2?
pls suggest..

well 580 is a decent score. y do u want to do another nbme. use ur time to revise n read ur weak areas. u can do it. best of luck.

I would advise to revise revise revise. Make sure you go into the exam with a general overlay of the information and a recent refresher of all subjects because whatever subject you studied first the chances are it was weeks or months ago since you've read any content on that subject. I know you've done questions on the subject but its nice and builds overall confidence to have a review refresher. And like the other poster said your nbme score is pretty good. I know you want a 99 but you just have to decide how important a 99 is to you and how sure you want to be that you will get a 99. If you can't live without a 99 then don't take the exam until you get a 99 on nbme but if you can live without being certain you're going to get a 99 then just review the basics these next few days and go in there and give a 99 your best shot on test day.
You're going to do great I can tell. You're hard work is going to pay off. Believe that you're going to do great cause you are!

hi.
took NBME form today, scored 470! just 470 on form 2 when i had 580 on form 1.
wanna score 99 (or after this score shall i say as close to 99) and i have 4 days to go.
dont really feel like sitting and revising now.
pls suggest..
