This is may be a silly question, but these are silly days for me! I've booked my exam in 2 weeks, and I was wondering what documents do I need to take with me to the prometric centre? ( a final checklist of sorts) The reason Im a lil confused is that, I changed my date, and extended my exam so my orange form(ECFMG) has the old eligibility period on it. I just wanted to run it by every1 here beforehand. I downloaded the new form from ECFMG that has my new eligibility period. So should I bring them both? Also, I know that I need some valid ID So this is what I have in mind so far, 1)the Original orange paper(ECFMG), 2) the emailed updated eligibility form and 3) valid ID Am I forgetting anything guys? Thanking everyone in advance DocPakMan

The New Paper Issued from the Website containing ur New Eligibility period. Driver's License Credit Card If u have one Passport They Basically Need 2 Ids for the verification. and Its Always best to Call the Centre when u re- confirm ur appointment and then u can ask them if they wud like to something else. they give u a good run down of things to bring.

thanks alot. I do plan on calling them about a week before and confirm my checklist. Thanks for your help. Sometimes it just helps to run things over with people on this forum. )
