C is the answer. Narcoleps has nothing to do with PEEP. It is a disorder when REM phase occurs suddenly for mostly 5-30 min. The classic presentation is cataplexy, hpnagogic hallucinations, paralysis after awakening. Tx> amphetamin or Tricyclic Anti Depressants
