Does it matter how long they are traveling? Kap doesn't mention it. UW: < 4 weeks, give Ig > 4 weeks, give Vaccine. TRUE???

The reazon that Hep A is given as vaccine for who has plans in next 4 weeks to travel is because they need the second dosis at least in 4 weeks. and if pt will go to travel soon (less than 2~4 wk) give just Ig. Remember Hep A and B vaccines need 2 dosis.
