hi friends..if we get a patient for pre employment checkup then do we have to do fill the form plus write patient note?and do we have to take BP in both hands?

from what i heard is that u need to submit the form only. no need to write pt note again. don't worry they will mention the instructions on the board what u have to do and i never came across a person who got preemployment check up in this forum.

hey there..can u please suggest a good reply for some qs like
ami going to die?or do i have cancer/stroke/heart attack?
they say u cant give direct answers to such qs and u need to be compassionate.
