1. Hypovolemia, Hyponatremia, Hyperkalemia, Enlarged clitori (Ambigous genetalia)---> 17 alpha hydro-progest

2. B --->(precocious puberty in male)

3. A--->PCOD ( Hirsutism, enlarged clitoris here is d t increased stimulation of ovary so exess testestirone to be changed to estrogen by aromatase cells, irregular menses)clue is DHEA < 7, if >7, then it would have been adrenal tumor

ull have to blame the small picture, i didn see the level 0f 17 alpha hydro-progest, so now its CAH, the partial type....

Yes, CAH is right... Sorry about the picture quality.

Can a CAH female have menses? I thougt not!

A, B, G
so, it is same CAH in different severity.
the first one is severe, manifestation is more dramatically.
second is in male, and third is mild form in female.

1-c coz pt has hyperkalemia .this pt has 11 oh deficiency.
in21 oh deficiecy pt present with hypokalemia.
