first one typicall alcoholic psychosis d t withdrawl.. second one is PCP (overdose psychosis)(dd-->amphytamine psychosis wich is not in the options)

the first one is typical alchoholic hallucinosis --- alcoholic withdrawal begins within 6 hrs of last drink and is chgaracterized by autonim sx like tremors, anxiety, seizures------- followed by alcoholic hallucinations----- and in the end delirium temens wich i think occurs 3 days after the last drink. the answer for the second question is PCP..... aggressive patient and as cirus said the dd is amphetamine toxicity.

doesnt patient with alchol withdrawal have tremens i.e seizures ???? how can patient with alcohol withdrawal get alrite in 5 days ??? unless he takes alcohol
