dude sorry cant read it, I try to put it big but its to dark, anyhow take it out because I can read your usernumber and they can track you with that Just be carefull post the question normally I mean writte it down

Grief they hear the person, they want to be the one that died normal for 1 year. Depression goes beyond one year. and have exact plans of how to kill themself

First one is Major Depression.. The sympt r there for 7 ms, with depressed mood, weight loss, insomnia, suicidal thoughts so ttt is B (Sertraline) The second q is Bereavment, 1 month of symptoms & the pt is functioning (working) Hope that helps

I resized it because the pic was too large to attach, and the user # seems blurred out. Typing it out takes toooooooooo LONG!!! even though i'm a fast typer. Try adjusting the brightness on your screen -cirus was able to read it :P

IF the symptoms are LESS than a year and they are having suicidal thoughts without a real plan, is it considered normal grief or deperssion. Kap says: Grief -suicidal ideation RARE vs Depression -suicidal ideation common.

the answer for the old man is depression and sertraline ...7 mnth duration ...it seems it meets teh criteria for major depressive disorder the second one is normal bereavemnt reaction as it is common till 6 mnths.

B. in this case, because he said he doesn't feel suicidal. but what about he has idea of commit a suicide. this will change the answer? Bereavment. and UW said is normal until 2 mo.
