I did the 2006 editions; except Peds and Neuro and some nice Qs with U/S in Ob-Gyn, there was a waste of time. These are 500-Qs books, u can do 2/day.

I used it alot they are good ,but you have better q books for the exam.focus on them

i just saw questions of pretest,, did 30 ques of pretest medicine to just check.out.in my opinion its wastage of time.rather spending good time on UW kaplan, harrison, conrads questions..
pretest ques are very short..stemmed...
our seniors always say --do those questions which are long stemmed and have better clinical scnerio and u will get most of them

I had them but didn't like it; most of qs were too different from exam format. I think it's better to challenge yourself with UW, Kaplan or harrison's. I didn't like also Fischer's book that I have. Qs are really twisted and I couldn't score more than 55% on that...
