Dear friends, i am supposed to do a 1 month observership in NY/NJ in a month. i understand externship would have been better but didn't seem feasible to get. (if you guys have any suggestion, i can still do it after my observership).
i wanna know what to make of it- see the work of the doc and get a good L.O.R., anything else?
i tried hard and finally got it under a famous doctor at a university hospital. wondering whats the max i can make out of it!!
pls suggest.

Rudolph Dont underestimate it. Observership at a university hospital is a great opportunity. Be prepared, revise your study material related to the department, impress him and make contacts. Besides honestly there are very few people who actually got Externship in hospitals (unless ofcourse they either did it while they were med students in which case its easy).

I think you should not miss this opporunity.Go ahead with observership.
Can you please post in which hospital did u get observership.I am looking for the obsercership in NY/NJ,but I didnt get any.
