Sorry, I dont know about Golian HY notes but the best notes are probably the ones you made through your studies.

u can get notes from students who advertise about them on various forums.his 36 pages are available free of cost at various sites like usmle_hotstuff@yahoogroups.com. u can download them.

i liked reading the high yield notes whenever i was hitting a slow day or getting lazy. they helped me me get motivated and stay focused.
i thought that helped me in reviewing, although i am not sure if any of them questions came up though on the exam itself.
