Hi can any one answer following nbme qs for me-
Q. Based on following info. if patient survives for 1 yr; whats probability that he will survive for 4 yr. Table-
Interval in yrs -Patients survived in %
0-1=80
1-2=87.5
2-3=90
3-4=90
A.0.8X0.875X0.9X0.9 B.0.875X0.9X0.9

Well B, since he already survived the first year, the 80% survival rate for the first year no longer involves him.
