Air in mediastinum + pleural effusion following an episode of vomiting
(especially in an alcoholic who choked and vomited) = boerhaave
-But, no hematemesis or pain, plus increased Amylase makes me think it’s:
C. Pancreatitis (?) –confusing. (alcoholic pancreatitis)

in pancreatitis the amylase is much higher than that>>> it may reach 1000 IU
