Restrictive lung disease. Occupational exposure. Decreased DLCO. C. Decreased TLC (happens in Restrictive Lung disease) E. Normal CO Diffusion Capacity. (also sounds right)

Pic of RLD------->all PFT parameters shld go low, except the FEV1/FVC( shld be high or normal) and therefor the answer is C( dec TLC) Dr.virgo, anything that destroys the alveolar capillary membrane---->dec DLCO----->therefore in RLD , DLCO is typically low.
