Do you see granulomatous inflammation in ghonorrhea??? I know you see it in Primary and Tertiary Syphillis. What about ghonorrhea [Neisseria] though?

Do you see epitheloid or giant cell in gonorrhea ?? U dont. U see intra and extracellular diplococci.

Granulomas (in Chronic granulomatous inflammation) are only seen in the following infections-

TB, Leprosy, Syphilis, Brucellosis, lymphogranuloma ingunuinale, Cat sctratch disease and some fungal diseases that I cant remember disapproval

and following non-infective conditions - Crohns, sarcoidosis, berilliosis
