I'm looking for a table that shows all the ABX Vs bacteria that a sensitive to each ABX.
can someone send me the table or a link ?

Antibiotic susceptibility patterns vary depending on the strain of the organism. That's why we perform susceptibility testing in microbiology laboratories.
There are certain guidelines, but these change. Back in the 70's resistance of S. pneumoniae to penicillin was virtually unheard of. We never ran susceptibilities to S. pneumoniae. That, unfortunately is no longer the case.
What you've asked for cannot be summarized in a table or link. It's just too complicated.
