Beta Blockers cause Markedly Decreased AV nodal Conduction. One of their Side Effects is CO Depression in pts with Arrhythmias SO under Excercise and/or Stress they r the best Drugs cos they have Maximal Effect on AV node Thus Producing a Balanced Heart Rate When teh Heart is Pumping Under Stress. Choice A although being the Best DOC in AV Conduction Arrhythmias Is to Be given in High IV boluses therefore cant be the Answer.
