A) Right Vagus nerve
B) Thoracic Duct

I pick B. Not sure though.

I forgot to mention the question was asking what lies POSTERIOR to Azygous Vein:
A) Right Vagus Nerve
B) Thoracic Duct
C) Greater Splanchnic nerve (symphathetic chain)

Is the answer still B?
