1st look at heart rate.. HB 1st degree---> QRS > 0.2sec 2nd dgree--> Dropped beats regular PR intervals--> Mobitz type 2 progressively widening---> Mobitz type one 3rd dgree---> loss of relation between QRS & P waves LBBB & RBBB---> QRS >0.12 (i always mix them up) then look on V1 & V6---> If only rS in V1 & bifid R in V6---> LBBB If rSR in V1 & wide S in V6 --> RBBB hope that helps

My 2 additional cents: Type 1 Mobitz is also known as Wenckebach First Aid uses the mnemonic "WiLLiam MaRRow" for LBBB & RBBB - LBBB--> "W" QRS pattern in V1-2 and "M" QRS pattern in the other precordial leads - RBBB--> "M" QRS pattern in V1-2 and "W" QRS pattern in the other precordial leads.

LAD + M pattern in v5, v6 + deep S in v1 , v2 = LBBB RAB + rsr' in V1, V2 + deep s v5, v6 = RBBB I go by axis first.
