2 days diarrhea + warfarin + black stool--> fluid & blood loss (already she is hypotensive & old pts can't tolerate hypovolemia as young ones..)

Still, the blood pressure does not normally fall very much, because it immediately triggers a vasoconstriction, pressing the blood up into the body again. Therefore, a secondary factor is required that, in turn, cause a fall in blood pressure greater than normal. Such factors include hypovolemia, diseases, medications

vasovagal syncope --the individual frequently experiences a prodrome of symptoms such as lightheadedness, nausea, sweating, ringing in the ears, and visual disturbances. These last for at least a few seconds before consciousness is lost,
loss of consciousness may persist for several minutes, so:

if the person tries to sit or stand when they wake up, they may pass out again; and
the person may be nauseated, pale, and sweaty for several minutes after they wake up.

Thanks, neuroblastoma, that's right - my mistake: I didn't notice that she has one extremity edema. I referred to CHF..
