hi everyone-
i am looking for the Goljan lecture notes, that go with the audio lectures. I was able to get the audio lectures a few weeks ago.. the site here has the 100 pages and the 36 pages as well as the retired questions. Are the 100 pages/36 pages the same thing as the lecture notes that Dr. Goljan refers to in his first lecture? If not, where can I find these notes?
Also, I have the rapid review book, by Dr. Goljan. Is that similar to his notes?
