hi friends..i was doing cases and in a patient with dizziness or forgetful patient i could not finish neuro exam in the limited time.and in such patients we also need to do brief R/S CVS and head and neck exam.any suggestions how i can finish everything in time.MMSE and CN take a lot of time with all the explanations.

with neuro exams, treat like every case else, finish it in 12 mins... as for physical exams, u have no time to do all.. the main thing is how your project yourself to the SPs, the overall tune matters more than nailing the perfect physical.

I am just done with the exam and I completely agree with my friend transcriptio . Do just the relevant component of the neuro exam which is stresed on by the history u get from SP.
