Some programs say they "Sponsor Visas" and some say they "Accept J1 or H1b". What is the difference between "sponsor" and "accept"?

Not much difference. Both words are used to say "yes, you can work on a visa"

how much a hospitla pasy for a visa or h1?

Dear bbb

Some Programs say that they have sponsored j1 or h for few cases....does that mean they prefer citizens or g.c

Also some programs say they dont consider observership as usce.what abt the programs which dont mention anythng specific.WILL THEY CONSIDER OBSEVERSHIP AS USCE.Shld one apply to such programs.
