B) 10 nm fiber ???? I say this b/c DNA is unprotected, unlike in the solenoid shape of 30nm but could be wrong.

yep 10 nm fiber ( without H1 is the most open structure to be attacked first)

I thought the structure held by H1 is known as 30nm fibers.......shouldn't the answer then be 30nm???

Ok I got it....the Q says endonucleases....if it was exonuclease then it would have been 30nm right??

Isnt the 10nm fibre the most open structure listed? The exonuclease must also degrade 10nm,right?Please clarify me.Thanx
