How can we differentiate these three?

1. Stevens Johnson Syndrome
2. Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis
3. Staph. Scalded Skin Syndrome

Need a quick way to help me differentiate these... Anyone?

1. Stevens Johnson: more widespread, involves face, trunk, extremities; at least 2 mucosal surfaces involved, minimal skin tenderness but painful mucosal ulcerations; most of the time eyes are involved--anterior uveitis, corneal ulceration
2. TEN: the most severe; extensive toxicity and full-thickness necrolysis of mucous membrane w/ >30% BSA; widespread blisters w/ erythema and tenderness; sudden onset and spread w/in 48hrs; skin denudes only in areas of erythema
3. SSSS: skin denudes on any part of skin; tissue paper-like wrinkling of skin followed by blisters; then top layer peels off in sheets, leaving a moist, red, tender, area.

That's all I can think of in a nutshell!
