You are doing right, man... Of course, and ideally, it is good to have a partner, but if you don't have one, please do not be frustrated and do not pospone your prep... You have to become comfortable with type of questions and the exam idea itself, not with partner... I practiced just a few cases with a phone partner - just to get a taste of the situation, and am happy with the calm prep by myself... My exam is on the 9th, and I don't even think I can fail... Rich the state of confidence in yourself and go ahead...

hey! i am in the same boat.. so i decided to write the questions i would ask a patient, with the chief complaint.... and then the rest of the History... and then which PE maneuvers i would think to do... and then check the list that would be give to your SP beforehand and see how many i got right... the best i could do alone... and at starbucks!

Anyone of you guys interesting practicing a few cases online ( yahoo ,or messenger id) through microphone , its almost like the real thing ,and we can discuss cases and tough questions too please let me know if u are interested
